Organisations facing a problem too senior for an MSP, too specialised for a generalist consultant, and too important to wait for a permanent hire.

I do this work because I've watched too many engagements split between consultants who hand over a deck and operators who inherit a plan they don't have the in-house skills, knowledge or capacity to deliver. The shape that actually works, the one I keep coming back to, is the senior who's still in the work: making the call and writing the code, sitting in the board meeting and the standup. That's where strategy lands.
